Tasting Notes
The most popular wine in the range, with the widest appeal. In essence it is a Bordeaux white blend of Sauvignon Blanc for freshness and notes of fennel and minerality, while Semillon gives palate weight and a dried herb savouriness from its oaking and lees contact. But there’s an exotic note from a dash of Viognier, which lifts the aromatics without detracting from the overall style; it’s subtle, a floral whisper that adds intrigue and interest. The palate is crisp and dry, food-friendly and would be especially good for seafood with creative sauces.
